Chris Packham auctions his ‘penis hate mail’ to support next Wild Justice legal challenge

Over the weekend, Chris Packham received some hate mail as a response to last week’s news that General Licences are to be revised to make them lawful.

In his own inimitable style, Chris shared some of this hate mail in a video he posted on Twitter yesterday: https://twitter.com/ChrisGPackham/status/1122547980639322112

A day later, this video has received over half a million views, and counting.

It also resulted in this amazing headline (if you’d asked anyone at the start of the year to predict some of the year’s headlines, this one would never have made the list!) –

And here’s an excerpt from this article, reporting the transcript from Chris’s video:

Now, in a once in a lifetime opportunity, you have a chance to win this amazing piece of art/conservation history as Chris is auctioning it to raise funds for Wild Justice. As a special tribute to the penis artist, all proceeds will be used to help fund the group’s next legal challenge, because that’s what Chris thinks the artist would have wanted. A kind of poetic justice (thanks to @CharlieMoores for that one!).

Please give generously – we wouldn’t want the penis artist to think his/her (probably his) efforts were insignificant. Think of the pleasure he’ll get when he sees how much has been raised, all thanks to his sophisticated creativity!

Check all kindergartens and try and see which small child does this type of art.

Joking apart, I’m wondering what message the smackhead responsible for this thought he was sending. I hope that Chris wears protective gloves when handling any more peculiar objects he is sent in the post. You never know what some of these idiots might be tempted to send.

There’s a certain ex gamekeeper who is a pretty fair artist believe it or not, he’s done some rather fine studies of trout and waders. Was this him venturing into a new medium and shyly seeking the approval or constructive criticism of Mr C Packham who among his many talents is a connoisseur of art? Has the Abstract come to the Angus Glens? However, I think it more likely that a member of the pro blood sport fraternity has dabbled in self portraiture, the problem is who, it could have been practically any of them.

Rumour has it that it was drawn from life by xxxxx xxxxx. Isn’t she on record somewhere saying she often sees lots of them from her kitchen window?

It’s a bit wobbly so I assume that the person who sent it wasn’t good enough to draw freehand – He must have have drawn around their actual puny penis!
Well done Chris Packham, you’re 1,000 times the man this loser will ever be.

I think the wobbly lines are because the person drew around their own manhood then had to enlarge the drawing to fit onto the wood. A photo of his actual penis would have looked like gnat’s appendage to be entered into a wildlife photography competition. He had no option but to draw it instead. Considering the size of the brain that came up with the idea, it’s an extraordinary effort. No wonder it’s been achieving such a high value.

There is an operation to help the artwork sender , obviously he used his own tackle to draw around it!
I’m sorry he feels it’s so small, but he should have sent it to a cosmetic surgeon, Chris Packham is not able to help you as his expertise though hugely extensive in all manner of subjects, unfortunately your tiny penis requires a urologist ! Hope this helps you!
